I’m just starting to play poker as well..and I’m currently playing NL2. I’m just wondering, how many tables did you start with? I’m only play with 1 table at the moment, the result is starting to grow even slowly after I read couple of books and study them..:)

It is true that you are more inclined to lose focus and disipline when not 100% – We all get grouchy and irritable when tired but you can train your mind to concentrate for increased periods. A golfer who wins a major does this….getting into the zone they call it. Getting in the zone means that you give yourself your best possible chance of success by having maximum focus on what you are doing. If you can do this for a longer time than your opponents then more often that not you will come out on top.
