However it’s got some errors and needs to be proofread (many typos). Under the section “EV of calling,” your formulas for the two examples are identical, leaving the reader to wonder how in one he gets +$54.84, and in the other -$148. It’s because you’re multiplying .6129 by 0 in both instances.

Really a great roundup for the very beginner, explaining EV as simple as it can be.
In the “outs” section, I wouldn’t include, but at least mention that counting the odds has to be done with thought, because not every card that helps me improves my hand. It might hit the oppononent.

Now do the same, this time not explaining EV but Equity!

Am I allowed to hotlink that in my blog?
